MedicNow is currently seeking an experienced 111 Trainer.
As a 111 Trainer, your role will aid the development of the NHS 111 service. You will play a vital role in growing the skills of both clinical and non-clinical individuals and teams. An essential aspect of this position will be your contribution to building and developing a highly-skilled 111 workforce, providing a wide variety of education, training and learning opportunities.
Supporting the 111 Lead Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring our client adheres to their CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) targets, in line with the NHS Pathways license.
The right candidate for this role will be a driven individual, who can show initiative when required and adopt a mature attitude at all times. The successful candidate is expected to have a professional and positive attitude towards their work, along with a strong ability to work well with others but understand the importance of working autonomously.
This role involves training others, so high levels of patience and excellent communication skills are essential, along with an approachable and outgoing personality.
To be considered, you must have:
- 111 Pathways licence
- Accredited 111 training course module
- Minimum 6 months’ call handling experience with NHS Pathways
- 3 months of passed call audits
