If your application is successful we will request a face-to-face interview. It’s a legal requirement and we generally conduct interviews via Skype for your flexibility and convenience. The interview will consist of a number of questions aimed at assessing your suitability and clinical competency. We also require applicants to evidence their original documents as indicated in the ‘Pre-interview Checklist’.

Prior to any assignment candidates are required to attend and complete a client induction programme. The programmes vary according to each client’s individual and specific requirements but they tend to include an element of pre-learning and a corporate and clinical induction. On occasion, our clients will require interested candidates to attend a clinical assessment
